yep thats you're auto response. It means, "yes, we know, now run along and let us do our jobs"

The reason these threads get closed is because the idea has been mentioned over and over and over and over again. now that you know this has been occuring, it is pointless to try and post something in which alot of people agree to, only to have it closed, because it is annoying to see the same suggestion with no imaginative direction other than "I want more storage"

Sardelac Sanitarium is a place for 'new' ideas, not overly mentioned ones.

Thans all^^.

Because Gaile Gray does that...whenever she decides to get the information.

What that email means is:

"we get a few thousand emails a day, and we don't have time to personalize every response. Post it on the forums so the forum mods can delete it."

And that's usually how it goes.

As per your thread title, no arenanet does not read anything in here. If they spent even 10 minutes in the Gladiator's Arena room, this game wouldn't completely suck.

If i could have a signature, it would be
Nerf - (v) the process of weakening skills that nobody uses in the first place, instead of fixing skills that ruin gameplay.

They read these forums, but selectively respond to and disregard topics as they please. You can track their posts and feedback in the Game update/dev forum.

I have noted that not a single dev or PR person has made any comment at all about the absorption / shield nerf, which is a huge game-changing event which set off a ton of outcry from loyal customers. I'm not thrilled that no one from Anet has at least given some sort of feedback about it, considering the weight of the issue.

The reason they don't want to talk about it is beacuse of the immature children that play this game will moan whatever the dev's say.

Nope. kvndoom is right. They will pick and choose what they read and respond to. And its usually in the form of Gaile Gray and Alex Weekes. No one developer will respond to anything.

The truth is they could care less. Gaile gray comes on at like 3am in the INt dis and talks to ppl about signing autographs at Video Game Conventions. All they care about is ppl cursing, bots, GVG ladders, and telling ppl to take a break every hour so they dont get sued when some 12 year old in Iowa or Korea has a seizure b/c they were playing for 13 hours straight.

They do read the forums. They do post here, quite often actually, compared to EVERY other game on the market. They care more about this fan-base than most developers. Do you guys even think about this kind of stuff before you post your immature flames here?

The reason I'm closing this though, is because you aren't suggesting anything for the game. This is the suggestion forum. You may want to read up on many of the stickies, many of these ideas have been posted hundreds of times before, keeping it all in one large thread is much easier to show how much we want that storage upgrade, than a hundred small topics with 3 replies and 18 views.
